21st of November: The Xiamen Typhoon’s rugby team, also known as the “Typhoons” celebrated the end of a year-round tour around China at The Londoner bar.
This year the team toured around different cities in China including Shenzhen, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and have just recently returned from their latest tour in Hangzhou.
Despite the chilly weather, The Londoner was packed and overflowing that night
with people and had an all-night round of mouth-watering burgers,
all in support of the Typhoons club. (Photo by Wang Qi)
The Typhoons are gradually making their mark in the world of rugby in China with their talented sportsmanship and their popular taste of booze.

"We are the proud and privileged sponsors of the Typhoons and so, will equally be funding for all the Typhoons events. Now we're planning on building a trophy cabinet inside the bar" quotes Gary Oxley.
Both men, Gary and Wayne are not only big supporters of the Typhoons but are also part of the Typhoons team.
The Typhoons is the local rugby team here in Xiamen and they welcome new members of both male and females alike. Practices are on every Thursdays at 8:00pm on the field near Linde Company and on Sundays at 2:00pm on the field inside Xiamen University near the West Gate.
