Colourful costume and beautiful dancing girl

This festival duly got underway on Sunday on a stage erected at Three Lanes Seven Alleys. As promised in a recent press conference, the event featured a variety of performing troupes, each adding their own expertise to a melting pot of colour, dance, exhuberance and excitement.

Wonderful costumes, beautiful girls and handsome guys created an atmosphere worthy of being depicted as true exponents of Chinese Art and Culture. Taiwanese performers plus others from Fujian; Guizhou; Henan and Jianxi thrilled the large audience with the most entertaining dance and folk routines.

This festival is due to run until the 6th of February. Don't miss it, this really was an event to savour.
