Painting of Empress Dowager Cixi to be on show in Xiamen

A painting drawn by China's Empress Dowager Cixi, together with artworks of calligraphy master Ku Hung-Ming from the late Qing Dynasty, will be on show at Xiamen Youfeng Cultural and Creative Park from 22nd-24th June, 2012.

Apart from the above mentioned, many works created by famous figures including Tseng Kuo-Fan, an eminent military general and devout Confucian scholar of the late Qing Dynasty in China and Hong Yi, a legendry and versatile Chinese Buddhist monk, will be also on display.
 
Visitors can get free entry during the exhibition period. The artworks will be auctioned off at City Hotel Xiamen on 24th June.
