Red Armadillo Beach Bar and Grill is not hard to find. It is at Zeng Cuo An Beach area.

Zeng Cuo An Beach is only 3 - 4 KM from the beach outside Xiamen University, and heading towards Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Centre.
