A new year is drawing near, and it’s a tradition in China to celebrate this special occasion of the year with family members and friends eating a reunion feast.

In celebration of the double happiness of the first opening anniversary of the Langham Place Xiamen and the forthcoming Chinese New Year, the hotel is presenting festive reunion dining offerings from 1st December 2014 to 28th February 2015 with exquisite dishes.

There are three reunion dining options, including a RMB 2,388 Year-end Banquet for 10, a RMB 2,888 Year-end Banquet for 10 and a RMB 3,388 Year-end Banquet for 10 (subject to a 15% service charge).

Dishes such as Green Crabs Steamed in Huadiao Wine, Langham Fried Spring Chicken, Chicken Steamed with Chinese Herbs and large spectrum of desserts are all among the choicest menu options for diners.

Green Crabs Steamed in Huadiao Wine
Huadiao Wine, widely known as yellow wine, can be dated back to about 6,000 years ago in China. It is a Chinese alcoholic beverage made from water, cereal grains such as rice, sorghum, millet, or wheat and a jiuqu starter culture. The green crabs steamed in the yellow wine can absorb the fragrance of the wine, which makes them taste better.

Langham Fried Spring Chicken
It is one of the signature dishes by the executive chef of Langham Place Xiamen. The golden crispy skins and tasty chicken meat, with the chef’s special seasoning, tantalizes diners’ taste buds.
