Many men feel good when they work out to improve their body and get stronger, and women are also pleased if they can maintain healthy figures. However, people may find themselves gaining weight after the winter partly because of some weather-related reasons, since most people are less likely to exercise and more likely to overeat on a freezing day.

There is nothing to feel ashamed about if you have gained weight in winter because many people are depressed during the winter when the hours of darkness are longer, and along with a downward plunge in their moods, it is natural that they will eat more and sleep more than usual.

But fortunately, here comes the golden time to lose weight - summer. According to Dr. Oz, summer is the best time to lose weight, because when the weather warms up it’s easier to fight the fat. Here is a rough guide to the fitness destinations around Xiamen Railway Station.
