Nicole Scherzinger sizzled in a cream dress that revealed supremely toned arms while out in New York recently.
At 37, the singer and former X Factor judge likes to keep her fitness regimen varied.
'In a typical workout, I'd run on the treadmill for 20 minutes, then try some squats, sit-ups on the exercise ball and yoga stretches,' she says. She also takes an extreme spinning class and does hot yoga.
What to try:
The speed bag exercise. Stand upright, elbows bent, fists clenched and raised to eye level, legs apart.
Place one fist just in front of the other, elbows pointing out to the sides so your arms are parallel to the floor.
Rotate fists quickly, moving them in small circles.
Keep elbows and fists high and continue for 30 seconds clockwise, then 30 anticlockwise.
