Appearing at the premiere of her new movie, Southpaw, Rachel, 36, showed off a trim waist that she claims is the result of daily kundalini yoga - a mix of meditation and postures that focus on specific body parts.
 
The Canadian actress gives her fitness levels a further boost with high intensity circuit training and sprints with her conditioning coach on a 400 m running track. She sometimes gets up at 4am to fit in her training.
 
WHAT TO TRY:
Side leg raise. Begin by lying on the floor on your left side, your legs stacked one on top of the other and your body in a straight line. Prop yourself up on your left forearm and place your right hand in front of your body for support.
 
Raise your right leg upwards, keeping the foot flexed and your toes facing directly forwards.
 
Raise your leg as high as possible, focusing on engaging your abdominal muscles.
 
Lower and repeat eight times before switching to right side.
