Cycling routes
 
  
The cycling routes will be along city streets with 7 Major Hotel Stops and Stopovers, in the order below:
1. Marco Polo Xiamen (starting point)
2. Sheraton Xiamen Hotel (stopover)
3. Langham Place Xiamen (stopover)
4. TFC Conference Centre (Mid-point stopover)
5. Xiamen Seaview Resort (stopover)
6. Conrad Xiamen (stopover)
7. Swiss International Hotel Xiamen (finish line)
 
Schedules of stops, stopovers, and activities 
 
We will be meeting at 8:30 a.m. The ride is to start at Marco Polo Hotel at 9:30 a.m., and it will end at 5:30 p.m. at Swiss International. 
 
08.30am: Meet at Marco Polo Xiamen, Binbei 
09.30am Ride starts
10.00am: Arriving at Sheraton Xiamen Hotel
10.30am: Leaving for Langham Place Xiamen
11.00am: Arriving at Langham Place Xiamen
11.30am: Leaving for TFC Conference Centre 
12.00noon: Arriving at TFC Conference Centre
01.15pm: Leaving for Xiamen Seaview Resort
01.45pm: Arriving at Xiamen Seaview Resort
02.15pm: Leaving for Conrad Xiamen
02.45pm: Arriving at Conrad Xiamen
03.15pm: Leaving for Swiss International Hotel Xiamen

03.45pm: Drinks and group photos etc outside Swiss International Hotel Xiamen
04.00pm At the Terrace for after cycling activities, such as presentation, beer, drink time and getting changed

Brief description of the general activities before, during, and after the ride
 
At Marco Polo Xiamen
We will be making speeches giving safety instructions for riding, forming teams and selecting team leaders, taking photos, getting registered and issuing ride passes, and having simple breakfast and coffee.
 
At various stopovers, refreshments such as water and snacks will be provided. On the 6th floor of the TFC Conference Centre, a light lunch will be provided. 
 
At the finish line, more beverages including beer will be provided, concluding speeches will be made, ride passes will be stamped, and there will be time for taking photos. A BBQ dinner will be set up at the Swiss International Hotel Xiamen’s BBQ place, called The Terrace. Dinner is set at RMB 90 per person, payable before the ride or at the cash counter.

1. From Marco Polo Xiamen to Sheraton Xiamen Hotel

Some beverages and a light lunch will be provided at SUNLIVE CAFE on the 6th floor.
 
  
5. From Xiamen Seaview Resort to Conrad Xiamen 
At Xiamen Seaview Resort
 
 
Bottled water will be provided
 
  
6. From Conrad Xiamen to Swiss International Hotel Xiamen
At Conrad Xiamen 
 
Bottled water will be provided.
 
 
  
7. Swiss International Hotel Xiamen
