The hot pot restaurant chain Haidilao's first Xiamen outlet is located on the 4th floor of Shimao Shangcheng (World Trade Mall) near Xiamen Railway Station.
Hai Di Lao Huo Guo, or Hai Di Lao Hot Pot (º£µ×ÀÌ»ð¹ø), is a chain of hot pot restaurants founded in Sichuan Province, China in 1994. This hot pot chain is famous for its super-duper service, which involves everything from free shoe shines and manicures while you wait to noodles that come with a kung fu performance.
On 6th May, the Haidilao started trial operation at its first Xiamen outlet in the Shimao Shangcheng (World Trade Mall) near Xiamen Railway Station, and the store will be officially put into operation on 15th May. Located on the 4th floor of the mall, the hot pot restaurant has an area of nearly 3,000 square meters and features eye-catching red decoration.

According to earlier reports, the Xiamen Haidilao Catering Management Co., Ltd was established in Haicang District on 26th March this year. Taking Xiamen as a spring board, the hot pot chain planned to open 15 outlets fanning across Fujian Province in next 5 years, with expected annual sales revenue of 500 million yuan. To date, this Sichuan-style hot pot chain has over 80 outlets nationwide.
Many insiders indicated that Haidilao’s arrival in Xiamen will be a great help in creating a service-oriented catering industry, which will truly live up to the motto of “service first, customers first”.
