Private vehicles to be banned within XICEC area during BRICS

According to the latest announcement made by the Xiamen Security Department on August 27th, 2017, temporary blocking will be implemented around the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center from 8:00 p.m. on September 2nd to 8:00 p.m. on September 5th, 2017.

All private vehicles will be banned from entering restricted areas during the BRICS Summit. The affected areas include as follows:

> Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center (XICEC)/厦门国际会展中心
> Surrounding roads of XICEC
> Huandao Nan Road/环岛南路 (the road section from the Asia Gulf Hotel/亚洲海湾大酒店 to the intersection of Huandao Dong Road/环岛东路 and Lv Ling Road/吕岭路).

A total of 28 bus lines running through the restricted areas near the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center and Huandao Road will be adjusted from September 2nd to 5th, 2017.

The affected bus lines include numbers 18, 30, 101, 641, 653, 19, 55, 109, 751, 752, 948, 651, 755, 855, 942, B2, 47, 29, 58, 91, 92, 98, 115, 759, 949, 401, 122, and 857.
