Japanese cuisine has become more popular in China and throughout the world. Xiamen Dakou Japanese Cuisine has been well-known in Xiamen and is quite popular among Japanese food lovers.

Japanese cuisine has developed over the past 3,000 years with strong influences from Chinese, Korean and Western food. It uses traditional cooking techniques and preparation styles such as raw (sashimi), grilled, simmered (sometimes called boiled), steamed, deep-fried, dressed, and pickled to form what nowadays can be described as Japanese cuisine.

With a pleasant dining environment, Xiamen Dakou Japanese Cuisine offers diners a selection of Japanese dishes such as Miso Soup, Salmon Sashimi, Tempura, Grilled Eel, sushi, etc…as well as Japanese Sake.

The food is ok but avoid this restaurant during peak hours. They seem to be understaffed and I've had to wait over half an hour on several occasions for food to arrive.

Had Thanksgiving here. Food was pretty good(but I prefer Robinson's), had a private room. Service was about average for China.

Not my favorite teppanyaki place, but it wasn't bad by any means.

Best sushi I've had in Xiamen! For other Japanese food however I prefer the tapenyaki in Robinsons.
Nice traditional Japanese seating with the table in the floor.
Very good service (although it was quite when I was there), they stayed open until we left but had a last order time.

Delicious, great service, affordable prices, and great selection of beer. Only complaint is I have to walk too far to go there(otherwise I would safely weight 200 kg)

Decent coffee and a good location. I haven't tried their food, but I'm willing to take a chance if w00ki comes with me.

This place was pretty good. The pastrami sandwich was on point, and the coffee was good as well. Decent prices, and a comfy atmosphere make this spot worth checking out.

First the fact that the place is small it doesn't means it's cozy,i found it somehow uncomfortable with the tables to close to each other, very little separation between them. I went there with my be...

The sausages are great and the hot mustard is very spicy. Moreover, I like the choices of beer in this bar. They are nicely presented behind the counter on the wall.
