Xiamen signs RMB 55.96 billion investment projects at 18th CIFIT

The 18th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) concluded on September 11th. The Xiamen Investment Promotion Bureau took full advantage of the fair, attracting a new record high for investment projects and also ranking first among the cities in Fujian. 20 foreign investment projects with a total investment volume of 3.46 billion were signed with the Xiamen government during the 4-day fair, up 15% compared with the previous year. China releases new regulations to boost outbound investments

New regulations aim to make outbound spending easier China's outbound investments may show year-on-year growth of 10 percent in 2014, while the administrative processes for Chinese companies' overseas investments will be simplified, a senior official from the Ministry of Commerce said on Tuesday.
