Xiamen to hold 4th Nanyang Culture Festival March 28th - April 4th

     The 4th Nanyang Culture Festival will kick off on 28th March in Xiamen, and last until 4th April. The first Nanyang Culture Festival was self-organized by the Philippine, Thai and Singapore Consulate General in Xiamen in 2008. Now it has become a biennial event jointly hosted by these three departments and the Foreign Affairs Department of Xiamen.
