Her diary indicates she was being bullied by classmates at St. Anastasia Catholic School in Fort Pierce.   Celina Okwuone used a belt to wrap around her neck and she had wrapped the belt around the metal shelving.   PORT ST. LUCIE -- Police are investigating the apparent suicide of an 11-year-old girl whose diary indicates she was being bullied at school. Police say Celina Okwuone hanged herself in her closet Thursday night. The 5th grader was found by her parents just before midnight.
