The Cebu Pacific (CEB) flew close to 12 million passengers from January to December 2011, an increase of 14 percent over 10.5 million passengers in 2010.   CEB’s passenger growth was mainly driven by a 22-percent increase in international passengers, which numbered over 2.72 million in 2011.
