Fujian FTZ, Alibaba to deepen import business cooperation

The Fujian Free Trade Zone (FTZ) is to play an important role in Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba’s import business, Southeast Express reported. Alibaba said it is working with all of China’s FTZs (Fujian, Guangdong, Tianjin and Shanghai) and many bonded zones to introduce more overseas commodities. China publishes book on its free trade zone plans

    China has published a book on the development of its free trade zones (FTZ) in Shanghai, Guangdong, Tianjin and Fujian, which is now available at Xinhua Bookstore outlets across the country. The book includes general plans on the four FTZs, a negative list detailing foreign investment barred from admission to the FTZs, and a trial methodology detailing national security supervision over foreign investment.     Residents in Xiamen can now enjoy easier overseas shopping via Amazon.cn, which officially announced that it has settled down within the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
