2 Xiamen flight routes among China's worst for punctuality

Two Xiamen flight routes are among the worst offenders for punctuality, according to the latest figures from domestic air travel information service VeryZhun's report. The two routes are Xiamen to Shanghai with a punctuality rate of 57.58% and an average delay time of 42.43 minutes, and Xiamen to Nanjing with a punctuality rate of 54.02% and an average delay time of 48.04 minutes. AirAsia announced (25-Mar-2014) plans to establish a secondary hub at the Philippines' Kalibo Airport, following expansion of facilities at the airport, including three additional aircraft parking bays.
