ANA Experience JAPAN – ANA's new website aims to attract int'l tourists to Japan

ANA, Japan’s leading and only 5-star airline, today announced the launch of the official website of its "ANA Experience JAPAN" initiative, which aims to invite overseas travelers to experience the various regions of Japan. The new "ANA Experience JAPAN" website works in tandem with the previously introduced "ANA Experience JAPAN Fare" campaign, offering discount tickets to ANA’s domestic route network spanning 20 cities and 117 routes.

The “ANA Experience JAPAN" website provides a seamless platform of helpful information to visitors to Japan, particularly with respect to regional areas, where ANA works with local businesses, municipalities, and other partners to offer the latest updates on the most interesting local sites or activities each town has to offer. The new portal seamlessly integrates tourist information and reservation services for restaurants, souvenirs, and local tours, and is available in English and traditional/simplified Chinese, with more language options planned in the future.

The number of foreign visitors to Japan increases each year. In 2015, Japan will host nearly 20 million international visitors, and ANA would like to offer guests more opportunities to experience the country to the fullest. “ANA Experience JAPAN" follows a number of campaigns that ANA has previously introduced in line with this mission, including the “IS JAPAN COOL?” website, a travel and culture guide to modern and historical Japan, and the "Tastes of JAPAN by ANA" initiative, which recommends food and drinks from Japan’s lesser-known prefectures.
