A lavish upgrade! Le Meridien adds a la carte menu to its buffet

Incorporating western and local flavours, the buffet at Latest Recipe is always a scrumptious spread with a selection of made-to-order dishes at the live-cooking stations. Now the popular restaurant in Le Meridien Xiamen has added a lavish upgrade as celebrated chef Allen Stevano is spicing things up by introducing his creative A La Carte menu to the buffet.

Every customer who enjoys a buffet lunch, buffet dinner or weekend brunch at Latest Recipe can order complementary dishes from Chef Allen Stevano’s special A La Carte menu which features a number of contemporary fusion dishes including Chicken Involtini on White Bean Cassoulet, King Salmon Steak with Pea Puree and Pan Roasted Beef with Miso Kumara. Each dish is prepared live at the cooking stations.

The A La Carte menu will be updated every two months to make use of seasonal ingredients and to keep diners’ options exciting, and the prices for the upgraded buffet will remain the same as before. Buffet lunch at RMB 178+15% and buffet dinner at RMB 278+15%. How many buffets can you find in the city which offers delicate A La Carte dishes at such favorable prices?
