Éclair Month - Le Méridien Xiamen will host exciting on-property events, programs and special offerings highlighting the delectable French treat, from do-it-yourself (DIY) tutorials with on-property pastry chefs to regular éclair hours for guests to sample seasonal creations.
 
A crispy hard shell, filled with creamy soft and sweet centers of addictive custards and whipped concoctions - have we got your attention? If you are walking this Earth with a pulse, there are few visuals that stir the mind and make the mouth salivate like a properly engorged Éclair.

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is making some noise with this little nugget of information with their first-ever global éclair program in partnership with award-winning pastry chef and new LM100 member Johnny Iuzzini.

Le Méridien Xiamen has joined Le Méridien hotels and resorts worldwide to let you indulge in a variety of modern twists on this chic Parisian treat, including both classic flavors as well as unique creations inspired by the destination.

From 22nd June to 29th July, just come to the Latest Recipe restaurant in Le Meridien Xiamen to sample the seasonal éclair recipes created by pastry chef Anthony. Customers who come here on the weekend also stand chances to take part in the DIY tutorials to create their own éclairs.
