After a bit of spring rain, many wild vegetables sprout up in the land around Xiamen, and now is the season for harvest. Sheraton Xiamen has upgraded its buffet dinner at Waves Pan-Asian restaurant with a variety of dishes made with seasonal rare wild vegetables, such as Chinese toon sprout, bird’s-nest fern (asplenium nidus), collybia albuminosa mushroom, edible amaranth, chrysanthemum coronarium, and Chinese ginseng (panax notoginseng). Diners at the restaurant can now enjoy these seasonal delicacies in a beautiful, comfortable environment.
