Signature dishes: Laksa, Hainan Chicken Rice, Rojak Salad, Beef Randang, and more

Must-try dishes at the food festival

Singapore Laksa Rice Noodles: Rice noodles cooked with curry sauce, coconut milk, fresh shrimp, soft-baked egg, laksa leaf, citronella, chilli, and other spices.

Hainan Chicken Rice: One of Singapore's “national dishes,” the dish originated in China’s Hainan province. The fleshy, white-cut chicken is usually served with rice cooked with chicken stock, ginger, and pandan leaves. The flavor of the chicken is unforgettable when it is paired with the hotel’s special chicken rice soy sauce, chilli sauce, and minced garlic.

Wok Fried Crab with Chilli Sauce: This dish is the most famous among all the crab dishes in Singapore. The sauce used in the dish is its highlight. The sweet, salty, and slightly spicy sauce makes the crab delectable.

Rojak Salad: Cucumber, pineapple, white sweet potato, Rojak sauce, ginger, limau nipis, shrimp paste, peanuts, and other ingredients create a unique, strong, but harmonious flavor.

Bak Kut Teh: Bak Kut Teh, which is made of fresh ribs and various spices, is nutritious and delicious. It tastes even better when paired with deep-fried dough sticks.
